About Us

Warriors Fit Camp is a fun, non-military style Outdoor Group Training Program based in Ukay Perdana, Ampang and led by Head Coach Azmir Zed, a current Malaysian Team Rugby Player and a fitness coach certified in Strength & Conditioning from the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA). The program is based on a High Intensity Interval Training, Metabolic Conditioning Training, Strength Training, and various types of energy system training. Our program is suitable for individuals with different fitness profiles; be it couch potatoes, weekend warriors and even athletes! We vary each workout so there’s never a dull session at the Warriors Fit Camp. All you need to do is show up and have a good sweat!

*For 1 year package, participant is required to make an upfront payment of RM500 prior to starting of the first month, and the remaining payment shall be made on staggered monthly payment of RM130 ONLY for 10 consecutive months.
